1. About Bannuwal
Bannuwal is a Pakistan-based food brand selling spice and masala blends through bannuwal.com.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.
3. Products & Pricing
• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations in appearance or packaging may occur.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, stock unavailability).
4. Orders & Payment
• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
• Additional payment methods (e.g. Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, cards) may be added in future and will be listed at checkout when available.
• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• We deliver across Pakistan.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are food items, the following applies for hygiene and safety reasons:
• Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
• If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, contact us at contact@bannuwal.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us; orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Bannuwal and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bannuwal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, beyond the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
